Moving forward along the starboard passageway, you’ll find the galley, crew quarters, storage areas, and the bow thruster compartment. A staircase on the port side of the salon provides access to three guest cabins. The yacht also features a raised pilothouse and an expansive bridge, offering ample space for a tender. The Captain's cabin in the crew quarters was converted to storage; however, it can be converted back to a cabin.BROKER’S COMMENTS:Originally built as an offshore supply vessel, PIER PRESSURE underwent a significant conversion in 1990 to become a private yacht. She was refitted in 2009 with new CAT engines, hydraulic, stabalizers and a bow thruster. Since 2022, additional upgrades to her technology and galley & mechanical equipment have been done.
