1992 Florida Bay Coaster Pilothouse

Stepping aboard the covered lower aftdeck via either access gate, you will find a seat/hatch to the lazarette port forward, wetbar starboard forward, electric swimplatform aft and double doors to the huge salon. Once inside the salon, you will find seating on each side, wetbar starboard forward and an entertainment center and storage cabinetry forward. Walk forward and step up one step into the galley, which has a side deck access door on each side and a companionway forward to the office and guest stateroom and a companionway to starboard up to the upper deck. On the upper deck, the pilothouse is forward and full-beam master stateroom with double doors and a private aftdeck aft. Step out either side deck access door in the pilothouse and you can walk forward to the foredeck or step up onto the huge sundeck. Engine room and utility room access is via a door starboard forward in the salon.Headroom in the salon is 6'5", 7' in the pilothouse, 6' in the master stateroom, 6'3" in the master stateroom shower, 6'8" in the guest stateroom, 6'4" in the guest stateroom shower, 6'6" in the office, 7'3" in the galley and 6'8" on the lower aftdeck. The master stateroom berth is 6'6" long, the guest stateroom port berth is 6' long, the guest stateroom starboard berth is 6'3" long and the office sleeper sofa is 5'4" long.The height from the waterline to the top of the mast is 26'. With the mast and other equipment on the pilothouse cabin top lowered, the height from the waterline is 19'6".

Steel Magnolia offers a full-beam master stateroom on the upper deck aft with a centerline queen size berth, spectacular views and a private aftdeck. There is also an ensuite head with an enclosed shower and tons of storage. The guest stateroom is on the lower deck forward and offers a double size berth to port and single size berth to starboard. This stateroom also has an ensuite head with an enclosed shower. The office has a double size sleeper sofa also.

The huge salon offers a laminate wood sole, Samsung flat screen TV, storage drawers and cabinets, wetbar with a stainless steel sink, filtered water faucet, wine glass rack and Kitchenaid icemaker starboard forward, L-shaped sofa and ottoman to port, lounge chair and table starboard aft, double aluminum & glass doors with a blind aft, opening side and aft windows with screens and blinds and engine room access.

The full-beam master stateroom is on the upper deck aft and offers a centerline queen size berth, 2 hanging lockers, storage cabinets, carpet, reading lights, benchseat with storage to port, double aluminum & glass doors to the private aftdeck, opening side and aft windows with screens and blinds, Samsung flat screen TV, Icom Commandmic VHF, Furuno Navnet multi-function display and an ensuite head with an enclosed shower. This is a very private suite with terrific views on each side and aft.

The guest stateroom offers a double size berth to port, single size berth to starboard, carpet, storage cabinets and drawers, hanging locker, 3 portlights with shades, Philips flat screen TV, overhead hatch with a screen, mirror and an ensuite head with an enclosed shower.

The office is aft of the guest stateroom and offers a desk and chair to starboard, sleep sofa to port, opening side windows with screens and blinds, reading lights, Toshiba flat screen TV, shelves, storage drawers and cabinet, sliding pocket door aft and carpet.

The pilothouse offers a wood sole, Dutch aluminum & glass side deck access door on each side, helm forward, Stidd helmseat, storage under the helm, L-shaped seating/berth with storage aft, book shelf, opening side and aft windows with blinds, anchor windlass control, Morse engine controls and electronics as detailed in the electronics section in this presentation.

The sundeck offers an Relxtime inflatable hot tub, Sterling Infra-red stainless steel BBQ grill, wetbar port aft, storage cabinets, 4 plastic deck chairs and 2 tables, fire pit, tender storage, steel tender davit, umbrella and steps forward on each side to each side deck leading to the pilothouse and foredeck.
