Very good boat, she is kept in a covered slip and away form the sun in fresh water and has a fully enclosed bimini for the after deck and cockpit area. She has been a freshwater boat her whole life. After previewing this vessel, it was seen that her gel coat was in excellent condition, all the upholstery is in good condition with no tearing, decks are clean with no stains. Interior is clean with no smells and no evidence of window leaks in the hatches. HVAC system works well.The Engine room is clean and well kept, as well as the bilges, there was no evidence of water intrusion, oil or fuel spills in the bilges. This vessel comes equipped with a Sea-Fire automatic Fire extinguisher system in the engine room. (Certified 2024)
